Trust “SRI VISHNU MOHAN FOUNDATION”, a voluntary service Non Profit, voluntary Non-Governmental Organization was formed and established on 11-12-2008 as Public Charitable Educational, Medical, Philosophical and Social welfare Trust and registered under Indian Trust Act 1882 registered on 9-2-2009 with the activities of foundation will be confined to India and will be carried on without profit motive and without any distinction of account of caste, creed, colour or religion. This foundation headed by HH Swami SHRIHARI PRASAD JI.
Present constitution of the Trust
In order to expand the activities of the foundation to serve the people and also for smooth running of the foundation by taking the expertise of the people from different walks of life and various field the following members to be the trustees of the board of the trustees and also the regularization of the members to be the trustees who inducted as trustees with immediate effect which was approved by the Commissioner of Income-tax, Exemption vide his order dated 7-3-2024 in DIN & Letter No.ITBA/COM/F/17/2023-24/1062154857(1).
As the Ministry of Home Affairs wanted appointments should be in the form of supplementary deed to the Trust Deed all the key functionaries in the MOA and it is to be registered as supplementary deed while making the application for FCRA registration with Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi also to reapply with the Ministry of Home Affairs for FCRA registration to the foundation in order to serve the people by availing foreign contribution all over the world in order to achieve the aims & objects of the Foundation.
Accordingly, the supplementary deed as approved by the Commissioner of Income-tax, Exemption vide his order dated 7-3-2024 in DIN & Letter No.ITBA/COM/F/17/2023-24/1062154857(1) registered on 7th May, 2024 vide document No.84/2024 entered in Book No.4 contained 68 pages by the Sub Registrar of T.Nagar, Chennai.

Registration, Exemptions and Permissions granted
The Foundation has been granted Income-tax registration under section 12AA vide order of the Commissioner of Income-tax (Exemption), Chennai under Unique Registration No.AAITS125J23CH01 dated 30-10-2023 by which the Income of the Foundation are exempted paying Income-tax and also granted the tax exemption under section 80G (5)(vi) of IT Act, 1961 by the Commissioner of Income-tax (Exemption), Chennai under Unique Registration No.AAITS125J24CH01 dated 9-5-2024 by which any donations paid to the foundation are exempted in the hands of the donors. The Donors can donate by filling up of the donation form on line by scanning the bar code furnished in the website thus the donors will get the donation receipt separately in the prescribed format of Income-tax department in Form 10BE if it is exceed to Rs.2,000/-.
The Foundation has registered with Niti Ayok (Planning Commission of India), New Delhi through its portal NGO Darpan and got the unique id number bearing No.TN/2017/0164971 on 9-12-2017 which is gate way to avail grants and permissions from Government of India.
The foundation also registered the Ministry of Corporate Affairs through its Registrar of Companies, New Delhi granted registration number CSR00018661 on 3-12-2021 for undertaking CSR activities to avail CSR funding by becoming their activity partners of the Corporates of India.
